Job Description
Join our Digital Business & Technology Department as a key member driving data governance and management initiatives. You will manage our data products and services portfolio, ensuring adherence to governance frameworks, data quality, integrity, and accessibility. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to leverage data for efficient business solutions and contribute to regional projects.

Responsibilities:

1. Implement and enhance data governance frameworks and management processes.
2. Manage data products and services portfolio, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
3. Ensure data quality, integrity, and accessibility across all platforms.
4. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver effective solutions.
5. Drive cultural change efforts at the regional level to enhance data-driven decision-making.
6. Scale capabilities and industrialize data processes for efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science
2. 6+ years of proven experience in data governance frameworks and management, with exposure to consulting or related experience.
3. Strong understanding of data flows and integration processes.
4. Knowledge of data cataloguing, metadata management, and data lifecycle management.
5. Experience in managing data products and services portfolio.
6. Hands-on experience in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Power BI).
7. Proficiency in documentation and capitalization of architecture and pipelines.
8. Experience with cloud data platforms and services (e.g., Google Cloud Platform, AWS) and with services such as BigQuery, Data Fusion, Cloud Storage, Dataflow, and Pub/Sub would be advantageous.
9. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
10. Project management skills.
11. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
12. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
