A leading fit out organization in Dubai seeks to hire an Estimator for their Interior Fit-out Division. You will be joining them as they expand and pull in two projects worth AED100 Million.

1. Responsible for the estimation process.
2. Prepares work to be estimated by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.
3. Identifies labor, material, and time requirements by studying proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.
4. Computes costs by analyzing labor, material, and time requirements.
5. Presents prepared estimates by assembling and displaying numerical and descriptive information.
6. Prepares special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
7. Maintains cost database by entering and backing up data.
8. Understanding drawings and joinery technical issues.
9. Visiting sites to gather information needed.

1. Estimating, MS Excel, MS Project will be an advantage. AutoCAD will be an advantage.
2. Technical knowledge in joinery or civil.
3. Extensive work experience in interior designing and fit out.
4. Able to communicate clearly and demonstrate design concepts to clients.
5. Strong and excellent presentation skills.
6. Knowledgeable in project management.
7. Self-motivated and able to meet deadlines.
