Black & Grey is hiring a prestigious and well-established university in the UAE to oversee the end-to-end operations of financial assistance and scholarship programs ensuring regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and exceptional support to students and stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead daily functions of the Financial Aid Office ensuring all services run efficiently and are aligned with institutional goals.
  • Design, implement, and assess policies related to scholarships, financial aid offerings, grants, and tuition discounts.
  • Supervise processing and reconciliation of student sponsorships, financial aid disbursements, and debt recovery.

  • Provide customers with appropriate response basis their queries.
  • Ensuring delivery of (First Call Resolution - FCR) as a key KPI as in when applicable.
  • Timely Escalation of complex complaints to the Complaints Resolution Unit to ensure effective resolution.
  • Maintains a courteous, respectful, helpful, and professional attitude with all customers always during the conversation in accordance with bank's service guidelines and standards.
  • Highlight and escalate potential risk immediately, via the proper channels
  • To participate in providing key input to ADIB management derived from customer's feedback to improve customer's experience and ultimately customers' satisfaction.
HR & People Team Management:
  • Adherence to shift schedule & attendance.
  • Avoid unplanned leaves/ absences since has a direct impact on process.
  • Required to work on shifts.
  • Required to do overtime when necessary.
  • Strict adherence to bank's code of conduct and HR polices.
Quality:
  • Deliver high quality response/ resolution on customer's feedback and complaints.

Previous experience required (if any)

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Four (4) years of related work experience required.
  • One (1) to two (2) years of experience as an IQVIA Client Service Representative required.
  • Broad knowledge of the concepts, practices, and procedures of the client service representative field.
  • Broad knowledge of IQVIA products and the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Meeting facilitation, presentation, and training experience required.
  • Proficiency in PC applications such as Excel.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with various levels within the organization (written and oral) and manipulate large transactional databases.

Our Clinton, IN store is our newest gem — a 30,000 sq. ft. GM-certified facility with Ford, Chevy, and GMC all on one corner, plus beautiful new showrooms for Ford and Chrysler. We are growing fast, and we need a Service Manager who can lead with heart, hustle, and integrity.

  • One drive. One team. One purpose. You’ll oversee all service operations across our Clinton location — 9 techs, 4 express techs, and more on the way (we're adding 4 more technicians + 2 more lifts!).

  • Work directly with our consultants Dan Connell (our in-house fixed ops expert) and Jim Duffy (our boots-on-the-ground shop leader) — no corporate red tape, just real collaboration.

About You
You're a high-accountability leader who thrives in fast-paced environments. You can motivate, coach, and hold your team to high standards while maintaining a healthy, family-first culture. You understand what it means to be both strategic and in the trenches.
What You’ll Do
  • Oversee daily service operations for all makes across the campus
  • Manage and grow a team of technicians, express techs, advisors, and dispatchers
  • Work closely with parts manager, advisors, and leadership team to streamline operations
  • Drive CSI, profitability, and throughput across departments
  • Collaborate with sales and ownership on integrated service-sales strategies
  • Be present and involved — this is not a desk-only role
