What You’ll Be Doing:
Conduct independent reviews across the business to assess effectiveness of policies, procedures, and internal controls.
Identify compliance gaps and propose practical, forward-thinking recommendations.
Follow up on remediation actions and ensure timely resolution of non-compliance issues.
Prepare concise reporting and dashboards for senior leadership, summarizing key risks and trends.
Support special investigations and ad-hoc reviews when needed.
Stay ahead of regulatory changes and advise stakeholders on potential business impact.
Contribute to a strong, risk-aware culture through collaboration and clear communication.
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Management, Banking, or Finance — certifications in compliance, risk, or audit are a big plus.
3–5 years of experience in Compliance and/or Audit within the banking industry.
Strong grasp of UAE regulatory frameworks and compliance best practices.
Creative thinker with the ability to develop practical solutions and build trust quickly.
Bilingual (Arabic & English) preferred, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail, ability to prioritize, and a high level of discretion and integrity.

CMAT Objective and scope
The CMAT team is responsible for executing and delivering the CMAT Plan across the Group, ensuring adherence to Group Compliance policies and new regulations requiring compliance monitoring. The CMAT Team reports to the Head of CG&A.
Responsibilities (high-level)
- Adhere to Board Approved CMAT Methodology.
- Execute specific CMAT activities across Assessment Areas within predefined TATs.
- Lead planning, fieldwork, and reporting of CMAT Reviews.
- Liaise with Assessment Areas on approach, methodology, expectations, walkthroughs, and their roles.
- Assess controls design and effectiveness, review evidence & documentation, risks & controls, in compliance with policies and regulations.

The Software Testing & Quality Assurance Manager leads a team in ensuring high-quality software delivery by overseeing the comprehensive testing activities across all projects, programs, and work streams. This key leadership position involves developing and implementing robust quality assurance strategies, driving process improvements, and collaborating with project teams to align testing with timelines and industry standards, ensuring excellence throughout the software development lifecycle. ROLE PROFILE
- Oversee the execution of quality assurance testing activities, including but not limited to functional, regression, integration, and performance testing, ensuring comprehensive validation of system functionality and performance in accordance with project.
- Develop and implement a robust quality assurance strategy, encompassing methodologies, processes, and best practices tailored to project requirements
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of quality assurance professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Act as the primary point of contact for quality assurance-related matters, fostering effective communication and collaboration with project managers, business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders
- Provide strategic guidance and direction to the quality assurance team, ensuring alignment with project objectives and organizational goals
- Collaborate closely with project teams to define testing requirements, develop comprehensive test plans, and ensure adequate testing coverage
- Identify opportunities for automation and optimization of testing processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness
- Drive initiatives to enhance quality assurance processes, tools, and methodologies, leveraging industry best practices and innovative technologies
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field,Advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8-12 years of experience in quality assurance/testing roles, with a focus on test planning, scheduling, and managing test resources
- Proven track record of successfully leading teams and managing testing activities for complex software projects or programs
- Experience in both Manual and Automation testing, with a strong emphasis on QA best practices.
- Extensive knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology, including processes and deliverables
- Significant experience and a strong delivery record in Test Management, including projects involving high integration with diverse systems
