- Regional GCC experience
- Experience in intellectual property with specific experience in commercial IP (including drafting and negotiating different type of IP commercial agreements), and transactional work, such as IP audits, IP issues in M&As, IPOs, joint ventures and others.
- Proven ability to take on responsibility and manage files.
- Must be able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Advising clients on general IP aspects in different IP transactions.
- Handling due diligence within major corporate transactions (M&As, IPOs, restructuring etc.) and manage the IP aspects of such transactions.
- Conducting general IP audits.
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating different IP related agreements, including assignment, licensing, franchising, branding etc.
- Handling routine IP matters including trademark portfolio management, IP infringements, general IP advisory and disputes.
- Supporting the partner with business development initiatives related to the practice.
- Providing consultancy services to the clients
- Ensuring billing and collection targets are met.
- Maintaining an average billing of 5.5 hours / working day
Education & Certification:
- Law Degree from an accredited institution
- Bar Admission/Practicing Certificate/MOJ License
