- Bachelor’s degree in law (LLB) from an accredited institution. Additional certifications or degrees related to UAE law, corporate law, or compliance are highly desirable.
- 5-8 years of legal experience, with a strong focus on litigation , contracts, regulatory compliance, and labour laws in the UAE. Experience in diversified business sectors is highly preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of UAE labour laws, arbitration, regulatory frameworks, and mergers & acquisitions.
- Proven expertise in drafting, negotiating, and managing contracts with strong attention to detail and a focus on mitigating risks.
- A strong commitment to upholding confidentiality and ethical standards, with a focus on professionalism and integrity.
- Ability to assess complex legal scenarios, analyse risks, and provide strategic, business-centric legal advice.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently and prioritizing work to meet tight deadlines across different business units.
