MPC Cloud Consulting are looking for Oracle ERP Sales Manager, who will play a critical role in shaping the business development strategy. You will work closely with potential clients to generate leads and qualify them into long-term relationships. Your primary responsibility will be to create and execute effective sales strategies, driving growth and success for the company by creating a healthy pipeline and conversion. Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement a comprehensive business development strategy for Oracle ERP solutions, aligning with broader company goals for the region / territory
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies tailored to attract new clients and expand the sales pipeline within the ERP market.
- Continuously monitor the market to identify growth opportunities
- Work with the Pre-sales team to conduct personalized demos and present Oracle solutions to potential clients, showcasing how these platforms can meet their unique needs.
- Understand client business processes and tailor Oracle solutions along with the Pre-Sales team to improve their operations and increase conversion rates.
- Stay up to date on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to guide sales strategies and decisions.
- Provide senior management with regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and strategic initiatives.
- Use data-driven insights to support informed decision-making and adjust strategies as needed.
- Manage key client accounts to ensure satisfaction, foster retention, and identify upselling opportunities
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the client and the company, ensuring smooth communication and alignment with client expectations.
- Address client concerns and feedback to maintain strong, positive relationships, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Drive revenue through closing sales, upselling additional features and maintaining long-term client loyalty.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Regularly track sales performance, report progress to management, and adjust strategies when necessary.
- Ensure timely follow-up and closure of sales opportunities with a focus on Oracle ERP
- Leverage excellent communication skills to engage with clients, understand their needs, and influence decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, within the Oracle ERP solutions space.
- Demonstrated ability to generate qualified leads and convert them into long-lasting client relationships.
- In-depth understanding of Oracle ERP solutions, business processes, and client needs.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Experience in preparing and delivering compelling sales proposals, demos, and product documentation specific to Oracle ERP Solutions
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and competitor activities in the Oracle ERP space.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong focus on achieving sales targets and delivering results.

The Deputy UAT Test Manager will support the end-to-end user acceptance testing process — ensuring the test cases reflect both global standards and regional business needs — and will be instrumental in the day-to-day coordination, script preparation, and test execution support.
5 Key Skills Required:- 5+ years of experience in ERP testing, including hands-on UAT execution and script writing.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, especially in Finance, Procurement, or PPM.
- Strong understanding of business process flows and functional testing methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to work closely with business users and translate requirements into clear, actionable test cases.
- Proficient in defect tracking and test management tools (Jira).
- Support the preparation and execution of UAT across multiple business units in the Middle East and India region.

Description: Orchestrating the regional rollout of the core model across the Middle East and India, tailoring it to local regulatory and operational specificities. The Deputy UAT Test Manager will support the end-to-end user acceptance testing process — ensuring the test cases reflect both global standards and regional business needs — and will be instrumental in the day-to-day coordination, script preparation, and test execution support.
5 Key Skills Required:- 5+ years of experience in ERP testing, including hands-on UAT execution and script writing.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, especially in Finance, Procurement, or PPM.
- Strong understanding of business process flows and functional testing methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to work closely with business users and translate requirements into clear, actionable test cases.
- Proficient in defect tracking and test management tools (Jira).
- Support the preparation and execution of UAT across multiple business units in the Middle East and India region.
- Develop detailed test scripts based on business processes, functional specifications, and end-user requirements.
- Work closely with Business Process Owners (BPOs), Key Users, and the System Integrator to ensure test scenarios reflect both core model functionality and local variations.
- Manage and track the daily progress of UAT execution, assisting users with test execution, logging results, and identifying issues.
- Document defects clearly and track them through resolution and retesting, ensuring proper escalation where needed.

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced IT Manager – ERP with deep expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS R12) and strong
functional and technical knowledge of Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Finance modules. The ideal candidate will have a
solid background in the retail domain, managing POS systems, application integrations, inventory control, Retail sales and
overseeing month-end closing activities. This role demands excellent cross-functional communication and leadership skills to
align technology initiatives with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage Oracle EBS R12 ERP system with a focus on SCM and Finance modules.
• Oversee the implementation, support, and enhancement of ERP functionalities across retail operations.
• Manage POS systems integration and ensure seamless real-time data flow between retail outlets and central ERP
systems.
• Coordinate month-end and year-end financial closing activities, ensuring data accuracy and process efficiency.
• Drive improvements in inventory management, stock reconciliation, and retail stock-taking activities.
• Develop and maintain integrations between ERP, POS, and third-party applications.
• Collaborate with business users, finance, procurement, and supply chain teams to identify system enhancements.
• Plan and manage IT projects including upgrades, patches, and new feature rollouts.
• Ensure ERP systems compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
• Provide leadership to a cross-functional IT team and serve as the key liaison between business and technical teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Minimum 10 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Proven experience with Oracle EBS R12 (SCM & Finance modules).
• Hands-on experience in retail POS systems and their integration with ERP platforms.
• Strong understanding of retail inventory management, cycle counts, and physical stock-taking.
• Experience with ERP month-end closing processes, financial reporting, and reconciliations.
• Proficiency in system integration, APIs, and middleware tools.
• Hardware & software support to end USERS • Excellent English Communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
• Prior experience in a retail domain is mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science
• Oracle certifications (functional or technical)
• Experience with Oracle EBS R12 or cloud-based ERP systems is a plus
• Knowledge of business intelligence/reporting tools (e.g., OBIEE, Power BI)
• Candidate should be Available inside UAE
• Degree Must attested with UAE Consulate & MOFA.
