Home Office within UAE.

We are looking to hire a talented, ambitious and experienced Recruitment / Delivery Consultant to join the Insignia team. You will be supporting the Managing Partners and key clients in sourcing and delivering 'best fit' talent, globally.

We cover fields such as Fintech, Enterprise Software, Cyber Security, Cloud & Infrastructure and EdTech across sales, marketing, product, data, professional services and back office.

The successful candidate will have the following:

• Methodical approach to mapping out specific technology sectors, resulting in structured relevant longlists and shortlists
• Confidence to speak to candidates from all levels - Junior to Senior VP level.
• A high-level understanding of the technology market.
• Previous experience working in recruitment is essential as you will be working from home and have high a level of autonomy.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to work independently.
• 2- 3 years of experience in a similar role
