**C-CDAS-24-008**
**_Duties and Responsibilities:_**
+ Perform stock custodian duties by ACFENT and government publications and forms.
+ Conduct and properly document monthly audits of stamp stock and funds to ensure proper accountability.
+ Conduct audits on random dates within each month.
+ Report any audit discrepancies to the contract site lead, government POCs, postmaster, or Official Mail Manager (OMM) within 24 hours of completion of the audit.
+ Ensure postal supply Operating Procedures (OP) are on hand and utilized for reference.
+ Place and track supply requisitions for postal equipment, publications, and forms through Automated Military Postal System (AMPS).
+ Ensure the postal facility maintains no less than a three-month and no more than a six-month inventory of available postal supplies for each postal facility.
+ Perform and document the semi-annual inventories according to established guidelines and standards.
+ Maintain and update postal facility equipment inventory through AMPS.
+ Ensure all equipment is serviceable and perform equipment deletions and request equipment repairs through AMPS.
+ Perform postal clerk functions when not performing stock custodian requirements.
+ Perform site lead duties as required in the absence of the Site Lead.
+ Other duties as assigned.

+ Maintain accountabilities for all funds and liability for missing or unaccounted funds. Payment methods include debit cards, credit cards, and EagleCashTM.
+ Verify customs forms and perform open parcel inspections for every parcel IAW CCR 25-63, Appendix E.
+ Enforce customs regulations and proper address standards.
+ Maintain the customer service lobby.
+ Perform POS/RSS functions, assist customers with Click-n-Ship, and process debit card, credit card, and EagleCashTM card transactions.
+ Sell USPS-provided money orders and stamps.
+ Accomplish required forms and documentation to properly account for and remit funds IAW applicable directives.
+ Operate Finance Windows during MPO hours of operations.
+ Perform postal clerk functions when not performing stock custodian requirements.

**Chenega Defense & Aerospace Solutions (CDAS)** is currently seeking a **Site Lead.** The **Site Lead** is responsible for executing daily Military Postal Office mission requirements. The **Site Lead** is the single focal point for each MPO location and functions as the single interface between the company and the designated Postmaster or on-site military MPO personnel. The **Site Lead** is located onsite at OCONUS and oversees all clerks supporting their specific location. The **Site Lead** reports to the CONUS Company Program Manager and oversees on-site personnel performing mail processing and acceptance, unit mail delivery, Receipt & Dispatch (R&D) functions, registered mail, postal finance, and locator and directory services.

+ Responsible for the performance of all work performed and personnel supporting their location.
+ Oversee the management, staffing, and operational control of their location per the contract Performance Work Statement (PWS).
+ Serve as the single interface between the MPO and the company.

+ Separate, scan, and apply proper endorsements/postage and seals to mail labels, tags, pouches, and vehicles.
+ Generate and maintain required forms, expenditure reports/logs, and documents IAW applicable directives.
+ Perform open parcel inspections IAW CCR 25-63 for every parcel and enforce customs regulations.
+ Verify the unit mail clerk's authority to receive and drop off mail via AF Form 4332, Accountable Communications Receipt Authorization.
+ Sort incoming mail by each organization and prepare the correspondence for pickup by the unit mail clerks during prescribed times.
+ Prepare postal service forms involving notification and receipt of accountable and non-accountable mail and obtain required signatures from unit mail clerks.
+ Accept and prepare USPS indemnity claim applications and other customer inquiry forms.
+ Process all incoming and outgoing mail within established guidelines and standards IAW DoD 4525.6-M.
+ Process all Priority and First Class mail, including directory within 24 hours of reception and all other prograde mail received within 48 hours of reception.
+ Forward or return undeliverable mail according to disposition instructions.
+ Ensure mail is secured and protected from the elements and unauthorized access.
+ Remove labels and tags from empty mailbags and trays.
+ Consolidate Empty Equipment (EE) and return excess equipment IAW applicable directives.
+ Repair or rewrap damaged letters or parcels.
