The Air Logistics Warehouse Operations Executive is responsible for providing high-quality end-to-end operational services including customs clearance, cargo retrieval/handover, documentation and transport coordination to ensure that cargo is received and delivered in good condition within the agreed timeframe.
**How you create impact**
+ Monitor shipment status, manage end‑to‑end air logistics operations and ensure all service timelines are met
+ Handle customs clearance processes
+ Coordinate with GHA for cargo retrieval/handover including delivery order issuance, slot booking and customs inspection when applicable
+ Nominate customer/agent for direct collection at terminal when required
+ Arrange transportation and ensure timely cargo collection/delivery
+ Update shipment milestones and upload required documents in a timely manner
+ Prepare and control shipment documentation such as exit/entry forms, claim submissions and related paperwork
+ Handle discrepancies and deviations, including missing cargo, cargo damage reports and claims with proactive updates to stakeholders.
+ Report operational issues, disputes or discrepancies to supervisors, managers, divisional managers or branch managers in an immediate manner.

As a member of the Freight Forwarding team Kuehne+Nagel, you will play a key role in transporting goods, optimising processes, and fulfilling our customers' promises. At Kuehne+Nagel, our contribution counts in more ways than we imagine.

As an Aerospace Operational Care Specialist, you will ensure the flawless coordination of time‑critical airlogistics shipments, meeting strict customer transit time and quality requirements. You will be part of our Operational Care Center team, responsible for managing end‑to‑end transport activities - from securing bookings with carriers and gateways to generating documentation and monitoring shipments through final delivery.
You will work closely with our Customer Care Specialists to align on customer‑specific needs such as transit times, routing, and carrier selection. A key part of your role is securing buy rates and capacity with qualified partners to guarantee smooth operational execution.
When supporting aerospace‑specific verticals such as AOG or engine logistics, your responsibilities will expand to include spot quoting, customer coordination, and full shipment ownership from start to finish.
All activities must be carried out in full compliance with air transport regulations, industry standards, and Kuehne+Nagel operational guidelines, using Kuehne+Nagel's operational systems to ensure accuracy, transparency, and operational excellence

+ Proven ability to manage and execute operational activities with accuracy, reliability, and on‑time performance, ensuring minimal overdue tasks and adherence to customer deliverables.
+ Strong communication skills with the ability to follow structured communication concepts and engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
+ Experience in shipment monitoring, deviation handling, and providing timely, accurate updates in operational systems, including cost‑related financial visibility.
+ Capability to review, interpret, and clarify Customer Care Location (CCL) instructions, identifying and resolving discrepancies related to regulations, routing, transit times, or rate information.
+ Proactive mindset in identifying and reporting operational issues, disputes, or irregularities to supervisors or management.
+ Demonstrated collaboration skills across partners, suppliers, gateways, warehouses, customs teams, RCC, and other relevant parties to ensure seamless operational flow.
+ Ability to assess and monitor carrier and partner performance, escalating concerns when commitments or service levels are not met, while supporting process optimization and system automation initiatives.
+ Experience in cost optimization, process improvement, and supporting specialized aerospace movements (AOG, Engines, verticals), including spot quoting and end‑to‑end shipment coordination.

Energy Business Development Manager role is one of the most critical commercial positions supporting our Project Logistics strategy. The EBDM reports directly to the Global Head of Project Logistics Energy.No team reports into this position; it is an individual contributor role with significant strategic impact.
The EBDM is responsible for generating new business opportunities across all segments of the Oil & Gas value chain, developing a strong pipeline within defined markets, and analysing market potential and competitive dynamics to prioritize opportunities aligned with strategic goals.
Working closely with global and regional stakeholders, the Energy Business Development Manager builds customer relationships based on trust, expertise, and innovation, ensuring the right internal and external partners are engaged at the right time to secure new projects.
This role requires a professional who exemplifies strong Compliance and HSE standards, demonstrates strategic thinking, and thrives in a customer‑centric, high‑impact environment.

+ Identify new business opportunities and coordinate cross‑functional teams to develop these into firm project awards.
