**The Position:**
Supervising a Super Region of Regional Sales Analysts, this position will play a pivotal role in the provision of proactive and effective sales support to the Regional Sales and Account Management team. The role will be key in overseeing and ensuring accurate forecasting, proposal process management and delivery support against departmental, Regional and business goals and targets
**Responsibilities**

The role will be key in overseeing and ensuring accurate forecasting, proposal process management and delivery support against departmental, Regional and business goals and targets
+ Sales Processes and Procedures
+ Ensures accuracy and consistency in key sales systems (Salesforce (C360), any future CRM/CPQ systems and former Oracle Sales platform as needed) and sales processes, additionally provides leadership and coaching for implementation of such processes within their region.
+ Seeks to provide recommendations for process improvements based on regional nuances that can be applied globally, developing, and documenting sales policies, processes, procedures, and tools that maintain the accuracy and integrity of sales data.
+ Proactively ensures that all Sales processes are completed, as required, on time and to the required standards.
+ Supports the definition, communication, reinforcement and execution of the proposal process by supporting the Regional Sales & Account Mgmt. teams in using the Standard Proposal templates and tools.
+ Supports the Sales Leadership Team (Head of Sales), via dotted line, in the creation and execution of the regional sales promotions and campaigns as determined by the ASIP Core Team and Governance Committee.
+ Supports and recommends the creation and execution of a clear proposal process with definition for standard tools and formats, accountability for each stage in the process, clear office formats and disciplines re information filing.
+ Identifies and achieve improvements in effectiveness and efficiency in the above regional sales process and procedures activities.
+ Supervisory
+ Supervises all activities of the Regional Sales Analyst team, including recruitment, performance reviews, goal setting, training and daily work distribution.
+ Partners with Sales Leadership team in developing and defining departmental priorities to continually improve sales processes through automation and analytics.
+ Work with Sales Leadership team to create and maintain a world-class Sales culture, focused on delivering results by providing ongoing coaching and development of sales support staff and ensure that the team consistently meets or exceeds sales performance metrics.
+ Provides guidance regarding communication, work style, and achieving effective teamwork with the Sales Analysts.
+ Reporting
+ Collaborates with the Sales Performance & Innovation leader to provide recommendations and ideas for improvement in global sales reporting, which enables the development of fact-based insights that in turn bring about enhancement in sales efforts, hence, enabling the achievement of sales department targets and objectives as well as the overall objectives and targets of the business.
+ Ensures ad-hoc quoting, proposal support, Change Request, Cash Collection and other commercial processes are carried out to requirements and on time.
+ Ensures the accuracy and timeliness of regional reports.
+ Provides reports on sales, business plan, account management objective metrics, and schedule with high quality and accuracy to Sr. Leadership.
+ Provides data on annual Bookings Reviews and Mid-Term Planning Reviews for region to Sr. Leadership to ensure timeliness and accuracy of data.
+ Customer Pricing
+ Ensure customer pricing process, annual contractual escalations and policies are generated, followed and complied with.
+ Review and ensure that customer pricing is accurate, updated annually, and distributed to customers and appropriate internal departments, on time.
**Qualifications**
**What We're Looking For:**
+ Bachelors Degree in Marketing or Business preferred.
+ 5+ years' experience working within a sales and marketing environment, preferably in a customer-facing role.
+ Prior supervisory experience preferred.
+ 1-2 years' experience in process improvement methodologies
+ Ability to demonstrate sound commercial awareness and business acumen.
+ Ability to plan, assign, train, and direct employees.
+ Proven and successful experience in process definition and communication of same.
+ Strong relationship building skills with a proven ability to develop relationships at management level both internally and externally.
+ Demonstrable Interpersonal awareness and sensitivity to cultural differences.
+ Proven and successful experience at the Internal Selling cycle.
+ Demonstrated experience in Problem Solving.
+ Outstanding communication skills - both verbal and written, with a confident and professional customer-focused manner.
+ High level of IT literacy - Office tools, plus ERP systems, Document retrieval + new systems (Salesforce, ServiceNow etc.).
+ Proven experience of contributing effectively to the Sales Operations Planning, Forecasting and Promotion processes.
+ Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
+ Aviation Familiarity i.e. able to demonstrate a sound basic knowledge of the aviation industry, for example, who the market leaders are, where they are from; who the key manufacturers are and the types or airplanes in service today, knowledge of airlines globally
+ Knowledgeable of industry practices and company policies and procedures.
+ Resolves a wide range of issues in imaginative as well as practical ways.
+ Works on issues where analysis of situation or data requires review of relevant factors. Exercises judgment within defined procedures and policies to determine appropriate action.
+ Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions

**Job Summary:**
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy that maximizes opportunities across all products and product lines. Directs Account Management team to meet company objectives and Profit & Loss goals for total customer satisfaction.
**Responsibilities**

+ Initiate and implement customer engagement strategies, sales strategy, pricing policy and marketing strategy.
+ Direct Account strategy and consequent plans and actions.
+ Set directions for Account development plan
+ Develop regional plans and participate in strategic and tactical planning.
+ Implement Customer Success strategy by leading Quarterly Executive Business Review meetings with key accounts and also guide the team to lead RCSM (Regional Customer Success Meeting)

+ 5 years management experience.
+ Comprehensive knowledge of system architecture(s) and, where possible, individual LRUs. Firm grasp of dependencies, commercial options, and issues associated with functionality, system, and LRU choices. Comprehensive knowledge of GUI options, application functionality, and associated commercial and technical implications for choices.
+ Familiar with the overall airlines and aviation markets.
+ Solid experience in dealing with airlines, especially having a good rapport and network with the major airlines (i.e. with ready contacts within the major airlines' procurement, engineering, marketing/product and/or relevant departments) will be an added bonus.
+ Possess a good network and understanding of the aviation product distribution/management system in regional airlines and aviation market.
+ Proven track record in managing Profit/Loss and business strategies/plans for sales operations in region.
+ Excellent command of written and spoken English.
