**Summary :**
As a Commercial Operations Analyst Associate Manager, you will partner with commercial teams, supply chain functions, and third-party logistics providers to improve order management, inventory performance, and operational excellence while supporting business growth in a dynamic environment.
**What You Will Do**
+ Lead the continuous improvement of hybrid market operations by partnering with commercial, planning, asset management, order management, and logistics teams.
+ Manage operational relationships with third-party logistics providers, driving service level performance, issue resolution, and process compliance.
+ Monitor inventory levels, stock allocation, and order fulfillment activities to improve product availability and working capital utilization.
+ Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance reviews to track key operational and logistics performance indicators.
+ Analyze operational data and identify root causes of recurring issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions.
+ Support forecasting and ordering processes by improving data quality, reporting accuracy, and operational visibility.
+ Participate in inventory audits and controls with logistics partners to maintain inventory accuracy and minimize stock variances.
+ Contribute to systems, digital tools, and business process implementation projects by providing operational and data expertise.
**What You Will Need**
**Required**
+ Minimum bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
+ Minimum 6 years of experience managing third-party logistics providers in a commercial environment.
+ Experience working across end-to-end supply chain and order-to-cash processes
+ Experience working in a multinational company (MNC) environment
+ Candidates must possess relevant experience within the UAE and/or KSA markets.
+ Experience leading or supporting continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
+ Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
**Preferred**
+ Experience in medical device, healthcare, or other regulated industries.
+ Certification or professional experience in data processing, analytics, or reporting.
+ Experience with reverse logistics and consignment-based business models.
+ Knowledge of regulations and compliance requirements within the medical device industry.
+ Fluency in the language of the base country, both written and spoken.

+ Collaborates closely with commercial, planning, and logistics stakeholders in a matrix environment.
+ May require participation in inventory audits and operational reviews with external logistics partners.
+ Supports regional and cross-functional projects focused on process improvement, operational efficiency, and customer service enhancement.

**Pricing Manager, MENA**
We are looking for a **Pricing Manager, MENA** who will play a pivotal part in shaping the strategic pricing initiatives and driving business analysis excellence. In this role, you will oversee operational pricing, standardize processes, and leverage impactful analytics to optimize value and efficiency across the organization. By collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure accurate pricing execution, improve processes, and deliver actionable insights that drive business growth and profitability.
**What You Will Do**
+ Facilitate annual strategic price increases, including impact analysis and system updates, while supporting pricing integrations for newly acquired businesses
+ Act as pricing business partner to an assigned EEMEA division, leading monthly price performance reviews and providing strategic support on key pricing decisions, initiatives, and governance
+ Track and analyze price performance across the portfolio, ensuring the team is informed of trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Take ownership of monthly pricing calls to align teams, share insights, and guide strategic pricing decisions
+ Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to support pricing discussions for important tenders and deals by providing data-driven pricing analysis, market intelligence, and product value positioning
+ Conduct market analyses to identify trends, providing insights through tools like Power BI and Excel
+ Continuously evaluate and improve pricing tools and workflows to increase efficiency and standardization
+ Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance for divisional SKUs, customer-specific price lists, and pricing adjustments
+ Educate and mentor sales teams on pricing strategies and processes to foster collaboration and drive better pricing outcomes
+ Maintain SOX controls to ensure adherence to financial regulations and standard procedures
**What You Will Need**
Required:
+ Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in pricing management
+ Demonstrated success in leading pricing strategy and influencing commercial teams
+ Strong proficiency in Excel and advanced data analysis skills
+ Full professional proficiency in English
Preferred:
+ 8+ years of experience in pricing management
+ Experience with ERP systems and Power BI
+ Prior experience in the medical device industry
+ Full professional proficiency in Arabic is a nice to have
+ Previous experience in strategic pricing or change management projects
