As a **Merchandising VIE** , you will join our Middle East regional team based in Dubai, working closely with the Merchandising team to support product strategy, inventory optimization and commercial performance across the region. This is a unique opportunity to gain exposure to one of the world's most iconic luxury brands while developing your merchandising expertise in a fast-paced international environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Merchandising & Business Analysis**
+ Support the regional merchandising team in monitoring sales performance, stock levels and product assortment across the Middle East market.
+ Prepare weekly and monthly merchandising reports, dashboards and performance analyses to identify commercial opportunities and trends.
+ Assist in forecasting product demand and support inventory planning initiatives.
**Product Assortment & Inventory Management**
+ Partner with stores to ensure optimal product allocation, replenishment and stock optimization.
+ Monitor product availability and support actions to maximize sell-through while maintaining brand standards.
+ Assist with new collection launches and seasonal product transitions.
**Commercial Planning**
+ Support merchandising projects and regional business initiatives aligned with commercial objectives.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Retail, Supply Chain, Marketing and Finance to ensure effective execution of merchandising strategies.
+ Help analyse client demand and market trends to support assortment decisions.
**Operational Excellence**
+ Maintain merchandising tools, reports and product databases with accuracy and attention to detail.
+ Support stores with merchandising-related requests and provide guidance on product availability and assortment.
+ Contribute to continuous process improvements and best practices within the merchandising function.
**Who You Are**
+ Passionate about luxury retail, product and merchandising.
+ Analytical with strong numerical skills and the ability to interpret data to support business decisions.
+ Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
+ Proactive, curious and eager to learn in a dynamic international environment.
+ Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
+ Comfortable working collaboratively across multiple teams and functions.
+ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Power BI or similar reporting tools is an advantage.
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Fashion, Merchandising, Marketing, Economics or a related field.
+ Previous internship or experience in merchandising, retail, buying, planning or business analysis is preferred.
+ Experience within luxury retail is a plus.
+ Fluent in English; French or Arabic would be advantageous.
+ Willingness to relocate to Dubai, UAE.
**VIE Eligibility Requirements**
To be eligible for this opportunity, candidates must meet the requirements of the VIE programme:
+ Be between **18 and 28 years old** at the time of registration.
+ Be a citizen of a country within the **European Economic Area (EEA)** .
+ Have fulfilled any national service obligations applicable in your country.
+ Be eligible to register for the VIE programme administered by **Business France** .

We're looking for a highly skilled **Immediate Service Center Jeweler** to deliver expert repair, restoration, and customization services for both new and customer-owned pieces. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, precision-driven environment and takes pride in fine detail.
**What You'll Do**
You'll be at the heart of our workshop operations, handling a wide range of technical services, including:
+ Repairing and altering fine jewelry across **platinum, gold, silver, and specialty materials**
+ Performing advanced techniques such as soldering, laser welding, fabrication, assembly, enameling, polishing, and stone setting
+ Conducting engraving and embossing using specialized machinery
+ Providing essential watch services (battery replacement, strap adjustments, bracelet sizing)
+ Managing repair orders, parts inventory, and processing through internal systems
+ Collaborating with sales teams and occasionally engaging with clients to understand and deliver on their needs
+ Maintaining strict workshop safety standards at all times
