We are looking for an experienced part time accountant to join our team in Umm-al-Qaiwain, UAE. The successful applicant should have a strong background in accounting and be comfortable working with numbers. Knowledge of the UAE tax system is a plus.

The position is open to applicants of all nationalities; however, preference will be given to Indian nationals without English language requirements. The role is part time and will require the successful applicant to work flexible hours.

The main responsibilities include:
• Preparing financial documents such as invoices, bills, and accounts payable/receivable
• Monitoring financial transactions and reporting any discrepancies
• Maintaining accurate records of all financial transactions
• Reconciling bank accounts on a monthly basis
• Preparing income statements and balance sheets
• Providing advice on tax compliance issues and developing strategies to optimize tax efficiency
• Assisting with the preparation of budgets and forecasts
• Assisting with audits, as required
