Adjunct Lecturer in Psychology Jobs In Dubai | Middlesex University Dubai About the job

• Deliver high-quality teaching to students at the undergraduate & Post Graduate level
• Identify best and innovative practices in learning and teaching and build them into personal teaching practice.
• Ensure that personal research, knowledge and/or experience of the field inform personal teaching practice.
• Contribute actively to initiatives which identify new and best practice in teaching and learning and promote it across the faculty and institution.
• Enhance student experience and outcomes.
• Provide academic advice and counselling
• Liaise closely with teaching, technical, and administrative staff as appropriate to ensure a quality teaching and learning environment.

• Ability to teach basic and advanced quantitative (Factorial ANOVA, simple effects, etc.) and qualitative (Thematic Analysis, Narrative Analysis, and IPA) research methods at UG and PG levels.
• Significant experience running bio lab (EDA, EEG, Biofeedback etc.) and teaching neuropsychology modules.
• Experience in supervising UG and PG dissertations.
• Teaching experience with students is essential.
• PGCE or equivalent is preferable.
• Excellent academic qualifications in Psychology or any other field demonstrating exposure to and knowledge of the above subjects.
• Evidence of competence in the fields through teaching and/or practice
• High level of written, oral and interpersonal skills
