Job Description:

1.Focusing on growing the business. The Country Head of Sales is a vital sales leadership role in helping to implement and shape our approach in the local markets. 2.The candidate will be responsible in identifying new sectors to develop and grow the Enterprise customer base, and forge new and cultivate existing resell and referral partnerships. 3.Actively expand market penetration in Middle East. 4.Work with cross functional teams (technology and R&D) to see through the process end-to-end to ensure sales closure. 5.Manage the sales pipeline input and maintenance of the CRM system. 6.Localize and execute business development strategies, and reporting milestones to HQ.

Job Requirement:

1.6+ years of successful experience in tech sales roles, consistently exceeding targets. 2.Proven ability to use measurements and analytics to position data to illustrate impact. 3.Proven track record of successfully negotiating deals at senior levels of enterprises; ideally brings deep relationships from the industry. 4.Strong business acumen to identify and grasp opportunities with prospects and existing customers. 5.Self-motivated, pro-active and able to work under pressure whilst delivering on multiple ongoing projects. 6.Relevant experience in, and understanding of enterprise service or conversational A.I. technology industry is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month
