At Outsized, we match clients in financial services and management consulting to high- quality independent consultants and boutique/specialist firms for the execution of their key projects.

Our client, a Global Payments Firm is working with a prominent bank in the UAE and is looking for a Growth Specialist to support them on this project. The project scope is focused on working with the bank and the payments firm team to identify and drive acquisition initiatives.

Below summarises the responsibilities of the consultant:

– Drive conversion across the sales funnel and optimize experience based on historical learning

– Lead a team of marketers, media planners, performance marketers and analytics to drive client engagement across acquisition and spend initiatives

– Develop initiatives to drive KPIs across acquisition and spend

– Manag and align all client and payment firm stakeholders

– Use design thinking principles with HELO methodology to create best- in- class customer journeys

– Performance management (KPIs) of acquisition and spend

An ideal candidate would have:

– 10 to 15 years of experience driving acquisition and growth in a similar role for a Fintech

– Prior experience working in the banking/financial services industry

– Good communication and stakeholder management skills

This is a contractual opportunity and will be on an initial 12- month contract with a high possibility of extension. As this is a client- facing role, the selected consultant would be required to relocate to Dubai for this project.
