Description:

As a Chief Engineer, you will be responsible for providing leadership and management for the Engineering department and be accountable for the hotel’s performance.

• Assume full responsibility for the cost-effective operation of the Engineering Department.
• Prepare the annual and revised Engineering budget, commensurate with operational requirement of the property.
• Establish an efficient system for the control and confirmation of all fuel deliveries to the premises.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive Preventive Maintenance Program for all equipment in the hotel.
• Establish a well-organized Engineering Store and keep close control on consumption of material, stores, and inventory control.

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar capacity in luxury or premium segments.
• Highly responsible & reliable.
• Relevant educational qualifications.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal required.
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
