The Commercial Director is a charismatic, strategic leader responsible for driving the companies sales activities across the business and for developing plans for future business growth.

Responsibilities- They will develop and Drive Commercial Strategy by working closely with Sales & Marketing teams working in close collaboration with the COO.
- Leading with a clear vision they will navigate the market with a calm mindset and with focus on the end goal balancing pursuit of new engagements whilst managing risk to the business.
- The Commercial Director will be the link between the Board of Directors and the market with a constant eye on the business outlook proposing new strategies for market penetration as well as maintaining and nurturing existing relationships.
- The role will oversee the Sales Managers and guide them so key opportunities are targeted, and the business stays ahead of market trends.

Requirement- Responsible for developing, implementing & leading the execution of the sales strategy for perfume packaging components for industrial accounts to grow and develop business opportunities.
- Managing margins on packaging components to optimize lines of trade.
- Grow and develop sales and business across MENA regions. Provide a business strategy outlining plans for further penetration of existing markets along with expansion plans into potential new markets.
- Identify new product trends.
