Customer Support Area Manager What Awaits
You?
- Develops an Annual Business Plan, Service & Parts Marketing Plan, and operational measures to improve the business and process performance.
- Ensures customer satisfaction, and customer retention through high-quality processes and implementation of Service & Parts strategies, policies, and guidelines.
- Monitors and reviews Service & Parts results and develops measures in case targets might be at risk.
- Supports Importer process for escalated customer, warranty and parts order/ logistics issues.
- Conducts regular market visits to review operations and to monitor importers' performance.
- Executes and implements market policies & procedures and business processes within importer/ dealer network.
- Steers the warranty process and coordinates customer car process within importer/ dealer network.
- Prepares budget and feedback reports to dealers.
- Coaches Aftersales Manager, Service Manager and Parts Manager to deliver the relevant KPI's.
What you should bring along?
- University degree preferable in Economy, Business Administration or Industrial Engineering and Management or similar education
- At least 5 years working experience in the automotive industry
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Self-motivation, adaptable, and ability to work well under pressure
- Assertiveness, perseverance, ability to motivate teams, and drive change
