• Develop marketingstrategies that align with the organization's business goals and create maximumawareness & brand desirability for current and new strategic target.

• Manage and execute campaigns across variousdigital channels, including email, social media, search engines, and displayadvertising.

• Owner of MarketingCommunications budget and cost tracking for project management.

• Measure and reporton the performance of digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROIand KPIs).

• Conduct market research and analyze trends toidentify new opportunities and improve campaign performance.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, includingcreative, content, and web development, to produce engaging content andoptimize user experience.

• Stay up to datewith emerging digital marketing trends and technologies.

•Consult withexecutive management to develop effective communication procedures and policiesfor various situations or crises.

•Draft press releases and speeches followingorganizational news.

•Communicate with media outlets and journalistsand create press kits, write letters and other business correspondence.

• Performcommunications research and monitor the progress of various communicationsstrategies.

· Master's degree in marketing, communications, mass media orrelated field

· 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing or relatedfield. Shipping industry experience is preferred.

· Strong understanding of digital marketing channels,including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.

· Proficient in marketing automation tools

· Excellent analytical skills and experience with webanalytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
