Director, Creative, Art Direction Jobs in Umm Al-Quwain 2022 | W2O Group Job Description

An exceptional Art Director is wanted to join our team. At this quickly expanding company, you’ll be responsible for leading a team of permanent and contract workers as they create cutting-edge designs for advertising, brand, and video production tasks.

Qualifications:
  • Agency, client, and new business efforts all benefit from our talented designers’ ability to dream up innovative shopper marketing and consumer promotion materials.
  • To deliver work that is consistent with your brand and gets results, follows your campaign’s guidelines.
  • Keep the project’s creative goals and timeline in line with the campaign’s overall objectives and the client, brand, retailer, and customer base.
  • Participate in initial customer meetings, monitor project development, and offer solutions to fulfill the needs of the organization.
  • Set the conceptual and stylistic vision and take a hands-on role in the design for multiple projects and campaigns, providing design solutions that incite participation and engagement.
  • Come up with promotional content that can be used in emails, websites, online exhibits, and any other relevant online medium.
  • Manage creative teams and projects from conception to flawless completion in collaboration with the Strategy, Campaigns, and Project Management departments.
  • Ability to work with a variety of product specs as well as working understanding of promotional media vendors.
  • Goals for income, client retention, and new client acquisition are attained or surpassed.
  • Direct a group of Graphic Designers and Writers in producing promotional content that boosts revenue and bolsters the company’s image.
Skills:
  • being self-motivated and team-oriented enough to maintain quality and care while working with realistic time restrictions.
  • Knowledge and experience in brand creation, particularly the ability to see how that brand fits into the bigger picture of an entire marketing effort.
  • passion for helping others and an interest in using narrative to inspire positive behavioral changes in how people view and engage with the world.
  • BFA in graphic design, advertising, or related field or equivalent visual design degree is a must.
  • Ability to interact and communicate effectively with coworkers and subordinates.
