Director of Food and Beverage Jobs in Dubai | COREcruitment Job Responsibilities:

• As a Director of Food and Beverage you will ensure that all areas within the Food and Beverage Department are properly developed and managed
• Initiate the Food & Beverage department Standards of Performance manuals and establishes the supporting training program
• We are looking for a dynamic and driven individual who can lead the team in the same way.
• Someone with great interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to keep the team motivated
• Have a good understanding of the business, values diversity and is customer focused
• Must be from a strong hotel F&B background and experience within the UAE
