Our client is a dedicated leader in providing
Technology Services and is on the lookout for an experienced and
dynamic ELV Project Manager to join their established team. As the
Project Manager, it will be your job to ensure the successful
completion and execution of projects and/or contracts that have been
assigned to the team. You must have experience in Electrical
Installations / Integrated Hardware Systems to be considered for
this.
You will be applying your experience, knowledge and
expertise to meet project objectives and requirements to deliver error
free and high quality solutions. As the Project Manager, you will be
responsible for:
- Managing Resources
- Delegating and
looking after Tasks and Activities
- Identifying and managing
onsite and offsite risks
- Identifying and achieving technical &
commercial milestones
- Attend site meetings, guide and manage team
members on site
- Executing change orders
- Ensuring timely
delivery and installation of solutions
- Ensuring that the site
personnel follow company and site HSE policies
- Coordinating and
submitting Bank Guarantees, Warranties & Insurances
- Initiating,
scheduling and managing vendors, subcontractors, consultants and
clients.
- Ensuring compliance to QA & QC standards as and when
applicable
- Motivating your team at all times to ensure highest
delivery of potential
- Communicating with project stakeholders,
team members, peers and the senior management smoothly.
As the
Project Manager, it will be your responsibility to ensure error-free
documentation and certification for every project. You will be leading
a team of juniors and thus must possess and display good leadership
qualities.

In order to be a part of this wonder team, you
must have the following:
- A degree / Post Graduate in
engineering or pure sciences. (InfoComm CTS holders will be
preferred.)
- 4-6 years of experience in managing AV / ICT
technology projects
- Strong people management and organizational
skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent analytical
and interpersonal skills
- Expertise in MS office
- Knowledge of
technical, commercial and contractual language
