A leading travel and tourism company based in the Middle East, requires a General Manager with a strong leadership and management skills.

The Role:- Development and execution of sales and marketing strategies
- Achievement of financial targets
- Management and control of staff
- Grow the company to the next level
- Enhance company’s positive image and maintain highest levels of customer satisfaction
- Promote and market company products
- Achieve sales and profit targets
- Enhance loyalty and retention of existing clients
- Increase company client base
- Oversee the smooth, efficient running of the business
- Negotiate agreements and competitive rates with suppliers
- Analyse market conditions and re-focus business plan in response to market changes
- Provide leadership and vision to the organisation
- Exercise control over overheads and operating expenses
- Keep all staff involved and motivated
- Maintain company policy and procedure
University graduate.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar field.
Hold supplementary qualifications.
Fluent in English (written & oral).
Effective communication skills.
Excellent managerial & organisational skills.
Ability to build, manage and motivate teams.
Resilience to cope with pressure at peak times.
High level of responsibility and professionalism.
