• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Specialist, preferably with focus on technology and marketing industries.
• Thorough knowledge of human resource management principles and best practices.
• Adept at problem-solving, including being able to identify issues and resolve them in a timely manner.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
• Proficient in HRIS and recruitment software.
• Knowledge of employment legislation.
