Job Description:

Install, troubleshoot, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and boilers. Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting HVAC equipment to prolong its lifespan and prevent breakdowns. Diagnose and repair HVAC system malfunctions, including identifying and replacing faulty components such as compressors, motors, and thermostats. Test HVAC systems to ensure they are functioning properly and meet performance standards. Respond to service calls and emergency repairs in a timely manner to minimize downtime for customers. Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and equipment inventory. Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns, answering questions, and explaining HVAC system operation and maintenance. Collaborate with other HVAC technicians and contractors to coordinate installations and repairs as needed. Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in HVAC service and repair.

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Proven experience as an HVAC Technician.
3. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and troubleshooting techniques.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
5. Strong communication and customer service skills.
