Head of Finance Jobs In Dubai | Antal International About the job

Our client, a leading group holding company is looking to hire Head of finance for the Real Estate Subsidiary, based in Dubai. Budget AED 60K – 70K, to expedite share CV – (email protected) Job Summary: D evelop & implement Company’s finance strategy, standards, methods and processes including budget planning, controllership, treasury and financial planning and analysis. Ensure effective routine functioning of Finance and Accounting activities by establishing financial policies and procedures, controls and reporting systems.

1. Develop, manage and implement financial, investment and treasury policies and procedures.

2. Review Company’s consolidated statement & report performance to shareholders, Board of Directors & Audit Committee.

3. Implement budgetary process by establishing detailed budget schedules; collecting, analysing, and consolidating budget data.

4. Achieve budget objectives by analysing actual v/s budgets for the Company.

5. Coordinate with external and internal auditors to ensure that audits and reviews are carried out effectively and all audit / review comments are discussed and appropriately closed.

6. Perform evaluation of Company’s Properties periodically.. Preparation of feasibility for new/existing opportunity

7. Oversee Real Estate investments of Company’s.
