Job Description The Head of Sales & Marketing role will cover the South Asia region based from Dubai. The role reports to the President of the South Asia region. This is a strategic role in the building of future business for the geographical area by setting vision, strategies, policies and process for Sales & Marketing; ensuring its implementation to achieve the overall regions business objectives both short and long term. This role owns the product and marketing strategy of multi-brands for all the countries under South Asia region.

Core Responsibilities:

- Achievement of the regions business objectives
- Setting Vision, Strategies, Policies & Processes
- Ownership of all Sales & Marketing
- Prepare, Monitor & Review Business Strategy, Business Plan and overall P&L
- Business Intelligence
- Audit

- Minimum 5 years of related experience in a similar position
- University degree in Marketing and/or Business Administration

- Sales & Marketing experience in European Trucks/Commercial vehicles
