Head of Sales – Gulf | DHL Logistics Jobs in Dubai

Currently, we are seeking for Head of Sales – Gulf. In this role, the successful candidate will shape, drive and manage the sales function and define the sub-regional strategy to deliver business growth and profitability, customer retention, improve competitive positioning and optimize resource utilization in line with business strategy, financial objectives, Group guidelines and policies.

• Lead the function or multiple sub-functions on a sub-regional level
• Establish and implement strategies that have long-term (5+ years) impact on business results in alignment with global objectives and directly impacting the organization’s business strategy
• Define the sub-regional sales strategy to cascade and monitor delivery of sales objectives in line with business strategy, financial objectives, Group guidelines and policies

Requirements:

• Negotiate and authorize critical agreements/ contracts, changing terms and conditions significantly where required
• Holder of Master’s Degree
• More than 10 years’ experience in relevant field.
