Full Job Description

Our client – A Retail Giant based in the UAE hosting a variety of brands across the GCC and Asia is currently searching for a Head of Talent & Acquisition who will be responsible for formulating and ensuring effective implementation of talent supply strategies in line with the HR vision and business goals for the organization.

Job Description:

* Develop systems to ensure workforce and talent profiling for the organization, and handle recruitment accordingly
* Review workforce trends and demographics on an ongoing basis to ensure alignment of organizational strategy with capability requirements of the organization
* Develop and maintain relationships with strategic recruitment sources to ensure timely and smooth acquisition of talent
* Develop strong media partnerships to communicate effective employer of brand 3.
* Monitor all kinds of recruitment in the organization and monitor the recruitment database
* Manage and support recruitment

Candidate must have a proven and track record in:

* Planning & Budgeting
* People Management
* Advanced Knowledge of workforce planning and recruitment policies/processes
* Advanced knowledge of iRecruitment
* Methods and techniques of recruitment, testing, selection and interviewing
* Interviewing skills
* Communication skills
* Planning and organising skills
* Networking skills
