• Deploy Operating SystemImages on laptops.
  
• Install and configureBusiness applications
  
• Migrate user data andprofile to new system
  
• Manage the distributionand inventory of computer equipment and accessories.
  
• Provide advanced ITtechnical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for systemusers.
  
• Escalate support issuesas necessary to other members of the IT team.
  
• Provide expertise in arange of business and technical applications.
  
• Ensure that theappropriate Information Technology Infrastructure Library(ITIL) processes in support of the project are followed
  
• Advanced Knowledge of Windows operating systems.
  
• Knowledge of business applications including but not limitedto Microsoft Office Application Suite, Adobe, AutoCAD
  
• Server patching usingSCCM or any other tools
  
• Print and File server configurationand trouble shooting
  
• Desktop and Laptop imaging
  
• Experience in a busy technical supportenvironment
  
• Knowledge of Active Directory andSystems
  
• Disciplined trouble shootingskills
  
• Strong team working
  
• Ability to follow up problems withcustomers to completion always
  
• Excellent spoken and written Englishcommunication skills
  
• Proactive customer service attitude
  

• 3+ years of previoustechnical IT work experience with System Administration and IT Support roles.
  
• Previous experience withsupporting technical engineering or geoscience applicationspreferred.
