1. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve organizational goals.
2. Client Acquisition: Identify and acquire new clients through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
3. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring client satisfaction and identifying upsell opportunities.
4. Product Knowledge: Possess a deep understanding of Elite Digital’s Conversational AI and Generative AI products/services to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
5. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
6. Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling product presentations and demonstrations for potential clients.
7. Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and analysis for management review.
8. Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiation processes and successfully close sales deals.

Requirements:

1. Experience: 5-7 years of proven experience in IT/Software Product/Services Sales.
2. Networking: Extensive professional network in the IT industry in Dubai.
3. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
4. Self-Motivated: Proactive and results-driven with a strong work ethic.
5. Technical Acumen: Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts related to Conversational AI and Generative AI.
6. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to achieve sales objectives.
7. Education: MBA or Equivalent
