We are looking for a skilled IT support engineer to assist our userswith computer hardware and software issues. You will be required to assist withhardware and software installations and upgrades, application support, andbasic IT-related issues

Job Responsibilities:

• Responding to support requests and contacting users tofind out the nature of the problem.
• Troubleshooting hardware, software issues andnetworking and connection issues.
• Installing and maintaining hardware and computerperipherals and installing, upgrading operating systems and computer software.
• Provide Level 1 support for IT Applications and advisingon software or hardware upgrades.
• Providing basic training in computer operation andmanagement.
• Completing job reports and ordering supplies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or informationtechnology.
• Work experience of more than 2 years as an IT supportengineer or support technician and hands on experience in Windows ActiveDirectory and creating Policies.
• Experience in Microsoft 365 Administration.
• Advanced knowledge of computer hardware systems,chipsets, memory modules, and peripheral and popular operating systems,software applications, and remote connection systems.
• Ability to solve complex hardware and software issuesand excellent interpersonal skills and good written and verbal communicationskills
