Job Description • Lead and implement the Food Sector manufacturing strategy on an international basis, delivering against all KPI's whilst developing a growing team.
• Champion the development of Group Operational plans.
• Focus the department upon efficiency increases through manufacturing and manpower budgeting.
• Deliver the current capital expenditure programmes and identify further opportunities for step change improvements.
• Enable the empowerment of first line staff through KPI management
• Lead and champion a Quality culture within the Company
• Evaluate performance and react accordingly.
• Approve new product concepts and review their development cycle.
