JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

COORDINATION & ALIGNMENT

  • Assist allother marketing teams such as Content Marketing, Sports and B2B teams with logging and tracking all
  • Campaigns on Airtable , monitoring smooth operations, and assisting in execution.
  • Set and communicate weekly priorities in alignment with Content Marketing to ensure focus and messaging across ATL and BTL, within both Shahid and MBC are coherent and aligned.
  • Coordinate weekly with Content and Planning teams to define priorities and categorization/support to be given to each title and track upcoming production status.
  • Supervise all social media operations , liaising with DMCS (MBC’s social media departemnt), Content Marketing and Sports teams
  • Lead on Shahid’s weekly meetings , creating the presentation and ensuring all stakeholders contribute their part; align with Marketing each week on who and what is being presented.

EXECUTION & REPORTING

  • Lead the execution of OOH channel, from negotiation, to campaign bookings and execution, liaising with Al Arabia, Marketing and Creative teams for execution.
  • Lead the Radio channel, managing directly with Group stations and/or booking external ones through Media Planning and liaising with Marketing and Creative teams for execution.
  • Assist Content Marketing on TV monthly priorities and monitor and optimize TV performance.
  • Own reporting of MBC Scorecards on weekly basis coordinating with Brand Marketing and Performance Marketing to obtain all required information.
  • Own and maintain all Marketing Operations on Airtable , assisting all involved teams whenever required, optimizing their work and processes, alerting on any changes/updated and hosting weekly meetings with technical team.

BUDGET MANAGEMENT

  • Monitor budget allocated per channel and alert involved teams on any gaps and opportunities, and report monthly closing to finance.
  • Track all budget expenses on weekly basis updating our trackers and following up on requisitions and POs: Brand Marketing + CAPEX + OPEX…
  • Conduct monthly meetings with finance and procurement to ensure alignment.

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

  • Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in operational marketing / account or project management functions in creative/media industries
  • Holder of a Bachelor Degree in Marketing / Management from a highly reputed University
  • Strong communication skills and experience working with senior stakeholders and leadership team
  • Excellent computer skills (proficient in Excel and PowerPoint), Arabic & English language mandatory
  • Arabic speaker with a strong command of English is preferred
  • Project management certification is a plus
