Job Overview:

As a Marketing Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our products/services to prospective clients. You will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships, and closing sales to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation:
  • Identify and target potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research.
  • Sort leads and evaluate their suitability and potential as prospective customers.
  • Consultative Selling:
  • Understand and articulate the unique value proposition of our products/services.
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Build and deliver persuasive sales presentations to effectively communicate the benefits of our offerings.
  • Relationship Building:
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
  • Establish trust and credibility with clients to encourage long-term partnerships.
  • Sales Process Management:
  • Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing deals.
  • Accurately document all sales-related activities, leads, and interactions in the CRM system.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas.
  • Market Research:
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings.
  • Use market insights to adjust sales strategies and identify potential opportunities.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar sales role.
  • Strong understanding of marketing and sales principles.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
