Project lead/ Integrateion Consultant/client onboarding

Role Overview

• To facilitate the onboarding of customers onto eCommerce integration Solutions and platforms, utilizing Web Services such as API, XML, JSON, and EDI methods.
• Offer consultancy services to customers and internal stakeholders regarding eCommerce integration Solutions.
• Provide technical support to integration customers.
• Provide insights and recommendations to both technical and business teams

PROFILE:

• Previous experience in implementing and supporting Customer integration solutions, along with knowledge of eCommerce platforms and related projects, is essential.
• Possess strong technical and analytical skills, including expertise in API technologies (SOAP, REST, XML, JSON) and EDI solutions.
• Exhibit a high level of business acumen, coupled with proficiency in technical skills and product knowledge.
• Display an outgoing personality and exceptional communication skills.
