Sales Engineer, Water Technology Division- Full-time
- Department: Services
- Work on sales of turnkey solutions in the water and wastewater treatment solutions.
- Secure opportunities based on market intelligence through previous experiences to meet the sales targets.
- Manage the entire sales process in the allotted vertical with ability to work multi-disciplinary portfolio.
- Assist the Sales Division in the company, in executing and achieving sales targets and meeting business plans.
- Achieve maximum profitability and growth in accordance with sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the allotted sector, understanding their water and wastewater treatment requirements.
- Provide technical expertise on our water and wastewater treatment solutions, guiding clients through product selection based on their specific needs.
- Provide all-inclusive details (technical specifications, cost estimates, and project timelines) to support the estimation team to prepare a comprehensive proposals.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market demands to identify new business/technology opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Work closely with internal teams, including proposal, engineering, project management, and product development, to ensure successful completion of sales process and customer satisfaction..
- Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle and aftersales.
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial) with (06 Years minimum) in the Oil & Gas, Government/Municipal, Industrial and/or Hospitality verticals. Affinity and familiar with Engineering, Process and Technology aspects in the business.
- Experience level: 06 years
- 05 years or more experience UAE or Middle East.
- Minimum 03 years as Sr. Sales Engineer level in similar business or industry.
- Should have valid UAE driving license and own car.
- HSE compliance and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
- Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in the water and wastewater treatment industry.
- In-depth knowledge of water treatment processes, technologies, and equipment’s.
- Strong understanding of the industrial, O&G, Municipal/Government, Hospitality sector in the UAE.
- Excellent industry knowledge of Water Technology Projects, Principles, Customers & Clients.
- Excellent knowledge of Water Technology solutions and technical aspects.
- Business acumen and commercial understanding of work and processes.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with other colleagues, customers, clients and other stakeholders.
- Excellent personality with strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Strong computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft office products, specifically Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word and CRM software.
