Full Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media platforms in a timely and engaging manner
• Generate leads through proactive social media engagement and outreach strategies
• Review and provide constructive feedback on social media content to ensure alignment with our brand`s voice and objectives
• Occasionally create engaging, brand-appropriate posts, including text, images, and videos
• Moderation of some crypto projects

Requirements:

• Familiarity with social media trends and best practices, especially TIER-1 Memes and trends
• Experience in communicating with corporate clients
• Proven 2 years experience in social media engagement or a similar role (Twitter, DMs, Telegram Community Management)
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Creative mindset with the ability to make conversations, that won`t be Al-generated style
• Ability to quickly complete urgent assignments
• Stress tolerance and ability to deal with negativity
• Fast learning and multitasking ability
• Fluent English (B2-C1)
• Ability to analyze social media metrics and adjust engagement strategies accordingly
