About The Role
As the Team Leader, Gym & Fitness you will need to be safety focused in the fitness environment and maintain a pro-active presence offering help, orientations, advice and support to all users and Coaches in the team, while also cultivating and developing relationships with residents and members to keep them on track and returning with frequency.
About You
It is essential that you have 3 years’ proven experience in a high-end gym chain, hotel or resort wellness center and have a variety of personal training skills and techniques, along with an internationally recognized Fitness related qualification. You will have a strong focus on wellness and longevity and be up to date with all of the latest trends.
