We
are looking for an experienced Technical Account Manager to manage a
territory of fast-growing Higher Education-focused EdTech accounts in
MENA region. The ideal candidate has a terrific reputation for
overachieving quota while focusing on the customer. This individual
should possess both a sales and technical background that enables them
to drive an engagement at the CXO levels and ICT managers of these
accounts
Key Responsibilities:
•
Develop an understanding of GamaLearn’s platforms from Education and
Technology perspectives
• Deliver product demos, provide
insightful technical and pedagogical answers, and articulate value for
customers (phone, in-person, and at conferences)
• Proven
record of accomplishment of effective revenue generation in a B2B
environment and working to meet and exceed ambitious targets
• Experience communicating and presenting to senior
leadership
• Willing to travel 25%+ to customer locations
within the region/territory assigned
• Managing Premier
Field Engineers, establishing a clear line of communication, and
assigning responsibilities and scheduling based on emerging needs and
pre-planned allocations
• Work with partners to extend
reach & drive adoption.
• Ensure customer
satisfaction
•
Presentation and Communication Skills (Both in Arabic and English)
• Problem-solving skills
• 5+ years of experience
in account management, business development and/or sales in the
Education field
• BA/BS degree in Education, Business
Administration, or any related field Experience
•
Accreditation and Assessment Solutions (Optional)
Preferred Qualifications
• A technical background in
engineering, computer science, or Management Information Systems
• Extensive customer network, particularly in the EdTech
ecosystem
