Full Job Description
The purpose of this role is to be responsible for the annual implementation of maintenance training plans to ensure that the highest possible maintenance and repair standards are being achieved. Be accountable for implementing best practices. In addition you will be required to support all other training needs on the contract. You will also be expected to provide specialist advice and guidance to the client and interface at contract management level to implement changes to current working practice.
- At least seven (7) years' of
experience with advance knowledge in training and engineering

Diploma in training or engineering
- Experience in devising and
delivering training programmes
- Ability to collaborate effectively
with cross functional teams
