Job Responsibilities:

• As a Transport Supervisor and a Front Office team member, you are part of a team that is responsible for the smooth arrival, stay and departure experiences of the guests
• Personalize guests’ orientation about the destination in a professional, friendly and engaging way
• Maintain presence in the lobby as an ambassador of the property and brand, offering exceptional service to the guests
• Maintains effective communication with all related departments to ensure smooth service delivery
• Ensure that all travel arrangements of our guests is well organized with internal and external partners

• Service focused personality is essential; customer related experience an asset
• Should have at least 2 years experience as Transport Supervisor role in Front Office.
• UAE Light Vehicle Driving License Holder is mandatory
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
