Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a leading multinational provider of advanced technology solutions serving the Defence, Oil & Gas sectors, and Fortune 500 enterprise companies . Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-orientedVice President - Sales   to spearhead our client's growth in the UAE market and the surrounding region. This role is a unique blend of strategy, leadership, and innovation, tailored for those passionate about shaping the future of tech in collaboration and visualization domains.  The candidate will be responsible for generating new revenue, maintaining and expanding the market share in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Sales Leadership: Propel the company towards ambitious sales targets, focusing on innovative visualization and collaboration technologies.

- Relationship Building: Forge lasting partnerships, securing pivotal contracts to amplify market presence.

- Sales Cycle Mastery: Lead from the front in navigating the entire sales cycle, from the initial spark of engagement to the satisfaction of deal closure.

- Team Empowerment: Be the driving force behind your team, offering mentorship and coaching to elevate performance to new heights.

- Technical Collaboration: Work closely with presales and solution design experts, ensuring a seamless blend of technical prowess and sales acumen.

- Market Intelligence: Keep a finger on the pulse of market trends and competitor movements, staying several steps ahead.

Requirements

- A robust foundation with at least a Bachelor’s degree in business or a technical field.

- A proven champion in senior sales roles, especially in tech sales to notable Defence, Oil & Gas sectors and top-tier companies.

- A history of nurturing and leading successful sales teams.

- Exceptional skills in strategic account planning and relationship management, with a flair for international client interactions.

- Proficiency in English and Arabic, ensuring flawless communication.

- Preparedness for frequent travel, embracing the dynamic nature of this role
