The Infrastructure Engineer (Dry & Wet Utilities) will be responsible for supervising all utility infrastructure works across the project, including wet utilities (water, irrigation, sewerage, stormwater) and dry utilities (power, telecom, ICT, street lighting). **What you will do:**
**1) Digital Offer Enablement & Governance (Global)**
+ Support the Offer Manager - Services in maintaining clear, structured offer definitions and the "digital representation" of services offers (scope elements, deliverables, assumptions, handoffs, acceptance criteria) to reduce regional variance.
+ Establish and maintain governance routines for offer-data quality (definitions, metadata, and documentation) that support repeatable global execution.
+ Coordinate closed-loop feedback (field/program/customer signals) into enhancements to offer content and digital tools enablement.
**2) Analytics, Dashboards & Insights (Adoption / Outcomes)**

+ 5+ years experience within installation, maintaining & commissioning of fire alarm and associated Life Safety systems
**Skills:**
+ Some level of support function experience preferred.
+ Extensive knowledge of life safety systems within the regional areas supported, ideally with a proven track record demonstration within servicing and commissioning with a minimum of 5-10 years.
+ Demonstrate a very competent level of understanding of BS5839-pt1, BS5839-8, BS5839-9 and EN-54 as a minimum. An understanding of system design requirements would be an advantage.
+ Knowledge and experience of deploying IP based systems within the Life Safety discipline.

L3Harris Communications & Spectrum Dominiance (CSD) is seeking a Scientist, C4ISR Systems Solutions Architect for our Abu Dhabi, UAE location. This is a senior role requiring the overall design of C4ISR systems, including the overall network and associated data links, Battle management System (BMS), and the processing, fusion, and dissemination of data from multiple ISR platforms. A key part of this role focuses on the modernization and development of new C4ISR systems to support joint operations. This includes designing the overall network-centric communications architecture, recommending data models for managing ISR data, the associated standards, the data formats to utilize in these new systems, evaluation of the needed analysis tools, and designing interoperable systems that utilize open standards for data exchange. Close coordination with the end users and other engineering disciplines is required to shape and define the requirements, along with the development of proposals and working with third-party vendors/contractors as needed.
