Job Description
The Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (Civil Construction) to lead construction projects from planning through completion. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in project execution, cost estimation, budgeting, tendering, and site management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project planning, execution, and site operations.
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, BOQs, and tender submissions.
- Monitor project costs, schedules, quality, and safety compliance.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Resolve site issues and ensure timely project delivery.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 12+ years of experience in civil construction projects.
- Minimum 6 years of UAE experience as a Project Manager.
- Strong background in cost estimation, tendering, budgeting, and cost control.
- Experience in residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of UAE construction regulations and authority requirements.
- DM G+12 / Unlimited License preferred.
