Job Summary

Reporting directly to the Site Manager, the ASM ensures aircraft servicing operations are executed safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS), contractual requirements, applicable Technical Orders, airfield safety standards, and U.S. Government/U.S. Air Force directives.

Roles and Responsibilities
+ Maintain a ZERO Harm workplace by enforcing strict adherence to flight line safety standards, FOD prevention programs, and tool control procedures at all times .
+ Ensure full compliance with Environmental, Safety, and Quality Assurance requirements; support documentation, reporting, and enforcement across TAS operations.

+ Oversee execution of aircraft ground handling and servicing operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance with applicable standards.

+ Assist with transition, mobilization, and demobilization activities to maintain continuity of operations.
+ Plan, organize, and prioritize multiple competing requirements in a dynamic, austere environment while maintaining mission focus.

Basic Qualifications
+ U.S. National (USN) with an active Secret Security Clearance
+ Minimum 6 years of experience in aviation operations, aircraft maintenance, or Transient Aircraft Services
+ Demonstrated experience in flight line operations and aircraft servicing
+ Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role

The Legal Counsel provides expert and professional legal advice, guidance and support to ensure that the legal and reputational risks faced by the area of coverage are identified, reported and mitigated.

In this role you will be responsible for :
+ Providing expert and professional legal advice, guidance and support to HSBC's Global Trade Services ( **GTS** ) business in UAE and across MENAT in the context of Corporate & Institutional Banking ( **CIB** ) customers in a cost-effective manner to ensure that the Group's exposure to legal and reputational risk is identified, reported and mitigated
+ Be the accountable lawyer or aiding the accountable lawyer for the GTS business in MENAT on all material legal issues that the business faces
+ Drafting, reviewing and negotiating relevant transaction documentation principally focused on core trade and structured trade transactions but including all forms of CIB and GTS documentation used across onboarding, lending, trade and in respect of new innovative & digital product development across MENAT
+ Executing against relevant policies and procedures for the relevant area of coverage to ensure that Legal's role in the second line of defence can be executed
+ Advising relevant GTS Management on non-standard legal and reputational risks
+ Evaluating and responding to changes in legal and regulatory requirements as they arise

In order to apply for this role, you will ideally:
+ Be a Qualified Lawyer (2-5 years PQE) with experience of lending (bilateral and syndicated), trade and receivables finance products with a particular focus on structure trade transactions (e.g. commodity finance, borrowing base facilities and asset finance) is required.
+ Have knowledge and experience of banking law concepts (in particular lending, UAE corporate structures, security and trade finance concepts) and a working knowledge of the laws in the major jurisdictions in which HSBC operates across MENAT
+ Have familiarity with industry standard documentation (including LMA documentation) and transaction execution (including collateral, legal opinions and managing counsel).
+ Corporate experience, restructuring experience and Compliance experience an advantage, but not essential

+ Provide accurate logs of all technical interactions to enable comprehensive KPI reporting by using technical engineering skillset.

**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
+ 5+ years experience within installation, maintaining & commissioning of fire alarm and associated Life Safety systems
**Skills:**
+ Some level of support function experience preferred.
+ Extensive knowledge of life safety systems within the regional areas supported, ideally with a proven track record demonstration within servicing and commissioning with a minimum of 5-10 years.
+ Demonstrate a very competent level of understanding of BS5839-pt1, BS5839-8, BS5839-9 and EN-54 as a minimum. An understanding of system design requirements would be an advantage.
+ Knowledge and experience of deploying IP based systems within the Life Safety discipline.

As the single-threaded owner, you will define what we build and why. You will partner deeply with engineering, finance, accounting, legal, compliance, risk, and regulatory teams to turn complex, evolving requirements into simple, reliable, and scalable capabilities. You will be equally comfortable diving deep into fee taxonomies, reconciliation logic, and regulatory frameworks as you are zooming out to articulate a multi-year product vision to senior leadership.

Key job responsibilities
Own the end-to-end product strategy, vision, and roadmap for automated payments controllership and compliance, working backwards from finance, customer, and regulatory needs.
Serve as the single-threaded leader, aligning engineering, finance, accounting, legal, compliance, risk, and operations around a shared plan.
Drive coverage expansion across processors and fee types - moving from partial reconciliation toward near-complete transaction-level validation against contracted rates.
Define capabilities that automate reconciliation and accruals, eliminate over-accrual, and detect rate-card drift, misconfigurations, and remittance failures before they become losses.
Establish real-time governance and controls that surface variance and leakage, reduce mean-time-to-resolution, and monitor SLA compliance across markets.
Translate complex and evolving regulatory and compliance requirements into clear product requirements and prioritized deliverables.
Author narratives (PR/FAQs, strategy documents, and business/operational reviews) that drive decisions with senior leadership.
Define and monitor the metrics that matter - balancing accuracy, coverage, financial impact, customer experience, and compliance outcomes.

**Responsibilities:**
+ Execute the product strategy in various markets across the MEP region (UAE, Bahrain, Qatar, Kuwait, Pakistan) for all product pillars within LMS, including Deposits & Investments (D&I), Global Liquidity and Cash Concentration (GLCC) and Balance Sheet management (BSM).
+ Achieve and oversee revenue targets and profitability for the LMS product suite in the MEP region.
+ Identify market opportunities, emerging trends, and client needs, ensuring the readiness of LMS products accordingly.
+ Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Technology, and Compliance to implement new products or enhance existing ones.

**Qualifications:**
+ 8-10 years of relevant experience in Product Management and/or Product Development.
+ Demonstrated knowledge and experience with the industry, banking, and investment products.
+ Extensive knowledge and understanding of local regulations in the MEP region (UAE, Bahrain, Qatar, Kuwait, Pakistan) for the specific products.
