Job Summary

A bachelor's degree in engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics) or equivalent from an accredited university with fifteen (15) years of relevant experience in the completion/turnover within commissioning / operation readiness environment with experience in GCC region as preference. Must have at least (5) years of experience in a similar position in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical projects with preference of commissioning sour gas, Utilities, Power Steam and Generation and air separation projects. Well verse with Completion Management System as user, and reporting application are preferred. Familiar with large database populations checking and quantifying completion data.
4. JOB PURPOSE:
Sr. Completion Engineer for onshore facilities will provide guidance to EPC Contractor to meet completion milestones through various phases of the project from Construction completion to pre-commissioning, commissioning activities and to achieve successful startup and project handover to Operation. He/She needs to provide his expertise and knowledge on completion activities as well as assists and supports Onshore Completion Lead and EPC Contractor to ensure implementation of approved Completion Management System, procedures, and workflows as per Company and industry standards within project schedule and cost. Supporting Onshore Completion Lead to ensure all project systems are completed, certified, and handed over in full compliance with ADNOC standards. Working knowledge of systemization, P&IDs, and completion processes. Familiarity with international standards (API, ASME, IEC). Ability to review technical documentation and certification records
4. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Leadership and Management:
+ Sr. Completion Engineer shall provide guidance to EPC contractors, Sub-Contractors on Completion deliverables and implementations.
+ Support systemization activities, including system and subsystem definition.
+ Provide advice and support for Onshore Completion Lead and Sr. Commissioning Manager as and when required.
+ Review completion/turnover deliverables issued by EPC Contractor.
+ Verify mechanical completion certificates requirements for various systems and subsystems.
+ Participate in completion and commissioning meetings and other related meetings.
+ Verify the readiness of systems/subsystems for MC and RFSU certificates issuance.
+ To ensure completion and handover methodology is proceeding in compliance with related contractual documents.
+ Planning and Execution:
+ To ensure Project Completion Management System Database populations are reliable for project tracking and monitoring prior to completion acceptance.
+ Utilize Completion Management Systems for tracking and reporting.
+ Monitor Contractor's Mechanical Completion (MC) and Pre-Commissioning activities on a day-to-day basis.
+ To ensure the implementation of completion deliverables is progressing as per commissioning sequence plan and project schedule.
+ Ensure all installations are complete and compliant with project requirements.
+ Participating in system walkdowns and final acceptance inspections
+ Support generation and tracking of punch items (Category A/B/C)
+ Verify closure of punch items, ensuring critical items are addressed prior to completion acceptance.
+ Support Onshore Completion Lead and Sr. Commissioning manager to ensure completion milestone is meeting the Contractual requirements.
+ Report completion progress, key issues, and readiness status to other departments.
+ HSE &Quality Assurance:
+ Sr. Completion Engineer is responsible for the assurance of EPC Contractor Complying with Company HSE regulations, during construction, quality and commissioning activities.
+ Provide support and advice for Onshore Completion Lead and Commissioning Team in regards of managing risks prior to starting any pre-commissioning and commissioning activities by ensuring completion deliverables are fully compliance with project standards and requirements.
+ Interface & stakeholder Management:
+ Coordinate with Contractor, QA/QC, Commissioning Team, and Operations representatives
+ Support Onshore Completion Lead, Sr. Commissioning Manager and Operation Readiness team leader to approve Mechanical Completion and RFSU.
+ Support Onshore Completion Lead and Sr. Commissioning manager to verify the process of facilities final handover to operation is in line with project Contractual requirement.

Job Summary
The DFAC Escort (LN/OCN Monitor) is responsible for the secure monitoring, control, and accountability of Local National (LN) and Other Country National (OCN) personnel supporting Dining Facility (DFAC) operations at Al Dhafra Air Base.
This role ensures all escorted personnel performing food service, cleaning, and maintenance activities comply with installation security requirements, food safety standards, and DFAC operational procedures. The Escort plays a critical role in maintaining force protection, sanitation compliance, and uninterrupted DFAC operations in support of the 380th Expeditionary Force Support Squadron (EFSS).
Roles and Responsibilities
+ Maintain a ZERO Harm workplace, ensuring all safety, security, and sanitation standards are enforced within DFAC operations.
+ Provide continuous escort and monitoring of LN/OCN personnel working in DFAC facilities, maintaining 100% accountability at all times .
+ Maintain constant line-of-sight and proximity control of escorted personnel throughout all assigned duties.
+ Escort LN/OCN personnel from entry control points (VCC/ECP) to DFAC work areas and back, ensuring proper processing and compliance.
+ Ensure all personnel adhere to strict hygiene and food safety requirements, including proper PPE, handwashing, and restricted area protocols.
+ Monitor LN/OCN activities within food preparation, serving, storage, and cleaning areas to prevent contamination and ensure compliance with standards.
+ Enforce badge control and identification requirements, ensuring all personnel display proper credentials at all times .
+ Maintain accountability logs, tracking personnel movement, work locations, and shift activities.
+ Conduct periodic personnel counts and status checks throughout the shift.
+ Ensure LN/OCN personnel comply with DFAC-specific rules, including restricted use of personal items and adherence to food handling procedures.
+ Coordinate with DFAC Supervisors and Site Leadership to ensure escorted personnel are properly tasked and monitored .
+ Immediately report security violations, food safety concerns, or suspicious activity to appropriate authorities .
+ Maintain control of escort badges, communication devices, and required equipment.
+ Support emergency response actions, including evacuation or shelter procedures within DFAC facilities.
+ Assist in maintaining orderly and safe working conditions during high-volume meal service and surge operations.
Basic Qualifications
+ Must be a U.S. citizen
+ Ability to obtain/ maintain a SECRET clearance
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ Minimum 1-3 years of experience in security, food service support, or related field preferred.
+ Ability to maintain constant vigilance and accountability of personnel.
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills .
+ Ability to work in high-tempo, physically demanding environments.
+ Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts.
Preferred Qualifications
+ Prior experience supporting DFAC operations or food service environments.
+ Military, security, or escort/monitoring experience in contingency environments.
