**Job Description**
The **Project Director** is responsible for the overall leadership, strategic management, and successful delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects from commencement through construction, testing & commissioning, handover, and project close-out. The role provides executive oversight of all technical, commercial, contractual, operational, financial, and stakeholder management activities, ensuring that project objectives are achieved in accordance with contractual obligations, client expectations, quality standards, and business objectives.

Key Job Duties
1. Project Leadership & Delivery
+ Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for the successful delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects.

+ Monitor technical compliance with project specifications, authority requirements, and international standards.
5. Risk, Quality & HSE Management
+ Establish project governance frameworks for quality, safety, and risk management.
+ Ensure implementation of Project Quality Plans, HSE Management Systems, and Risk Registers.
+ Review major project risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
+ Promote continuous improvement and best practices across the project.
6. Resource & Team Leadership
+ Lead and mentor Resident Engineers, Senior Resident Engineers, discipline engineers, commercial staff, and project support teams.

7. Reporting & Executive Communication

Required Qualifications & Experience
Education
+ Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent engineering discipline.
+ Master's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Project Management is highly desirable.
+ Chartered Engineer (CEng), PE, PMP, or equivalent professional certification is preferred.

Experience
+ 15+ years of relevant experience in engineering, project management or project delivery within the oil and gas, energy, petrochemical or major infrastructure sectors.
+ Demonstrated experience managing FEED, Pre-FEED, study, detailed engineering, PMC or EPCM scopes for major energy or oil and gas projects.
+ Previous experience with an EPC, EPCM, engineering consultancy or project management consultancy organisation is strongly preferred.
+ Experience managing multidisciplinary project teams across engineering, project controls, estimating, procurement, HSSE, quality and information management.
+ Strong understanding of FEED delivery, basis of design development, project execution planning, deliverables management, design reviews, cost estimating and schedule development.

Experience
+ 15+ years of relevant experience in engineering, project management or project delivery within the oil and gas, energy, petrochemical or major infrastructure sectors.
+ Demonstrated experience managing FEED, Pre-FEED, study, detailed engineering, PMC or EPCM scopes for major energy or oil and gas projects.
+ Previous experience with an EPC, EPCM, engineering consultancy or project management consultancy organisation is strongly preferred.

+ Partner with Marketing Product Managers in monitoring strategic marketing programs, strategic program roadmaps, program development, program/product launches, and program marketing to gain maximum benefit from each program/product and deliver on client value propositions
+ Deploy profitable marketing strategies, implement key growth initiatives, and maintain current market intelligence on overall industry verticals and competitors
+ Develop plans and ensure successful execution against functional strategies for a business or product requiring coordination and integration across teams/business units, as well as construct and ensure successful execution marketing plan that spans product, brand, acquisition, customer, and retention to improve performance, brand preference, and client engagement
+ Utilize specialty knowledge to review, analyze, and develop beyond existing solutions, as well as develop and communicate a business plan on marketplace approach
+ Contribute to day-to-day product marketing for core products including program delivery, client experience, and client communications strategy, as well as provide input into project plans and program affecting job family/function within a region/business
+ Implement client value propositions, positioning, segmentation, pricing, targeting, channel strategies, and competitive differentiation to achieve preferred status as a partner to Citi clients
+ Collect client and competitor market research, develop a product innovation roadmap and assist Marketing Product Managers in overseeing all aspects of program life cycle management including market demands, technology trends, and competitive field
+ Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
**Qualifications:**

Successful candidates will have a history of driving deep insights from complex data, have exceptional business judgement including financial acumen to quickly assess the viability of key decisions, and the ability to write compelling business documents and drive outcomes for senior leadership at Amazon.
